BEFORE YOU ROLL IT OUT

Before your pilot.

Do QA approval or wage exports pay the worker?+

No. The site supervisor and contracts manager review the work, QA and claimed value through the normal authorisation route. Admin completes admin authorisation before payroll prepares the reviewed wage export; your agency or payroll provider processes the payment separately.

How is held work managed?+

Site management records Accept, Hold or Reinspection Required against the relevant work. Hold or reinspection needs a reason, corrective action, responsible person and follow-up date. Unresolved work must be reviewed before the corresponding value is released.

Which pricework methods does SMP support?+

The walkthrough shows twelve examples: per item, metre, square metre, point, plot, apartment type, room, location, drawing, package, day and hour. It also covers variations. Each item is set up with its scope, unit, rate and completion criteria.

NEXT STEP · YOUR PROJECT

One floor or agreed area.
Your project information.

Precise Group will set up one floor - or an agreed area for single-floor projects - covering either first fix or second fix, with the relevant QAs and drawings attached, for use alongside SMP’s 30-day free trial.

Discuss your free-floor setup ↗
01

Agree the scope

Agree the floor or area and work stage before setup starts. Confirm the workfaces, pricing basis, current drawing revisions, QA requirements, responsible reviewers and target handover date.

02

Review the setup

At handover, check the configured work, access roles and a sample claim together. Record any actions and agree who accepts the setup.

03

Choose your next step

Review the pilot with your team. Any ongoing licence and support terms are agreed separately.
