We agree the scope and organise the project in Site Manager Pro: locations, work stages, quantities and the agreed booking method, whether pricework, daywork or hours. Relevant quality checks, photo requirements and drawings can be linked to the workflow.
We pilot the setup and train the team to use it. Scope, timescale and requirements are agreed before work starts.
Optional ongoing support
After setup, continued delivery or commercial support can be agreed separately. Depending on the project, this can include progress review, variation support, document control and QS support.
Precise Group provides delivery control; design responsibilities remain with the appointed design parties.
