Demo privacy notice

Precise Group uses the name, business email, mobile number, company website, company and role you provide to assess your access request, manage your on-demand access and respond to questions or project enquiries. Providing a mobile number does not subscribe you to marketing calls, texts or WhatsApp messages. Access is subject to an application review; contact details are checked for screening and mailbox access is confirmed when an approved applicant opens their private emailed joining link. Mobile numbers are checked for format, not verified by SMS. Playback progress, completion, repeat visits and attempts to reopen an expired private link are recorded against your registration so we can understand interest in the demonstration. A reopening after at least 30 minutes counts as another visit; routine status checks do not.

Your details, access decisions and private reviewer notes are stored in the demo service. Questions and replies are stored with your registration. The instant demo guide uses a limited set of answers drawn from the demonstration; it does not send your question to an external AI service. Questions it cannot answer, and any questions you ask Darren to review, are placed in his private inbox. He can respond in your website conversation. A copy of his saved reply is also sent through Microsoft Outlook to your registered business email once access is approved and mailbox access is confirmed. Instant guide answers are not emailed. Registration does not subscribe you to general marketing. We will send related marketing only if you choose the separate, optional checkbox.

Your browser stores a registration identifier, chat read status and playback position. Essential, secure registration and verified-access cookies are used to check approval and the 24-hour access period before serving video. Your private joining email can restore access on another device after approval. Its link is personal: do not forward it. The link expires when access is revoked or the approval is more than 24 hours old. We do not use advertising trackers on this page. You can pause and return at any time during that period; there are no scheduled viewing slots. Clearing browser storage removes your saved playback position.

The recording uses fictional demonstration data. Microsoft Bookings is a separate service and its own notice applies when you choose to book.
