About PreciseGroup
One consultancy.
Four trade sections.
Project setup, team training and optional commercial support, led by Darren Pannell with 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
PreciseGroup is the shared brand for the service. PreciseMEP, PreciseCarpentry, PreciseDrylining and PreciseFitout organise the same delivery-control approach around each trade's scope and work stages.
We help the contractor responsible for the package agree how work is allocated, recorded, checked and reviewed. We then configure the agreed process in Site Manager Pro (SMP).

Site and commercial experience.
Applied to your project setup.
Darren brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience includes contracts management, pricework delivery, QA and testing records, variations, applications, snagging and handover. That experience informs the practical decisions behind the setup: package boundaries, booking stages, evidence and responsibilities.
The published MEP example describes earlier project experience, before PreciseMEP was established. The other trade examples explain proposed workflows; they are not presented as completed client projects.
Who does what?
- PreciseGroup: requirements, agreed project configuration, pilot, training and handover; separately commissioned support where required.
- Your appointed team: approved scope and technical requirements, site delivery, inspections, claim decisions and payments.
- Site Manager Pro: the software platform, licensed modules and platform support under its own agreement.
We agree the intended users, project coverage, access requirements and support allowance before appointment. Any required integrations and reports are checked before they are included in the proposal.
