Residential tower project

From workfront to review.

A recently completed residential tower project covering apartments, a car park and commercial space, with a full electrical installation delivered from start to finish.

Electrical installation

Full electrical scope.

The installation covered containment, lighting and power, submains, extra-low-voltage (ELV), fire alarm, evacuation and life safety systems.

The delivery challenge

Work had to be organised across apartments, communal areas and different stages, with quality checks and progress evidence available for review before the walk-around.

The setup

The workflow grouped work by area and stage, linked quality checks and photo evidence to completed work, and gave the project team a consistent way to review progress.

Workflow

Scope → deliver → prove → pay

01 Organise the package by location and stage.

02 Complete QA and capture photographs before walk-around.

03 Review evidence and prepare approved work for payroll export.

Project workflow

A workflow built around the package.

The Site Manager Pro workflow was structured around the project's areas and stages, bringing QA, photographic evidence and progress records together for review.

Completed work could be checked before the walk-around, with approved records prepared for the payroll export process.

Records available to review

From site to office.

  • Work locations and stages across apartments and communal areas.
  • Installer QA and photographs linked to completed work.
  • Progress records for management review.
  • Approved work prepared for payroll export.
